Do you have my date available?
Hopefully we have your date available! In order for us to be able to tell you if your date is available you will need to contact us. Feel free to fill out the contact form or give us a call. We look forward to talking to you soon!
How many people does your space hold?
What is the fee for renting the space?
Can I use any vendor or do you have a list of preferred vendors?
We do have a list of preferred vendors, however, you are able to choose almost all of your own vendors! Our only vendor requirement is for DJ/MC services if your event calls for DJ/MC services.
When can I access the room for set up?
Access to the room is based on your event rental time. For a full day event access to The RiverRoom begins at 10am. For half day rentals you are able to access the room up to 2 hours prior to your event start time. All rentals allow time after for clean up/removal of decor and personal items.
